Valentino Garavani himself will be creating the costumes for New York City Ballet’s fall gala this year. he will create 3 costumes for the 3 separate ballets that will be performed, including Balanchine’s ‘Rubies’, in honor of Valentino’s famed red dresses. the gala will take place at the Lincoln Center on September 20th.  for more on the New York City Ballet and gala head HERE.  across the pond, Valentino is also being celebrated this fall at the Somerset House with the exhibit Valentino: Master of Couture. learn more about the exhibit HERE.
